ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE EDUCATION

Our Primary Principle in Additional Language Education: "I am Learning, I am Using."

In the early ages of preschool, the information gained in English education is more permanent, the desire to learn is greater, the throat structure is suitable, and the brain development is appropriate, so special importance is given to foreign language education in our kindergarten, and an intensive English program is implemented. English lesson programs in the kindergarten are conducted by Turkish and foreign teachers.

OUR GOALS IN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE EDUCATION

The primary aim of our English program in kindergarten is to make students love English, create awareness that they can communicate also in another language, create curiosity and empathy towards learning this language, and develop their English expression skills in an environment where they feel comfortable through activity-based learning. The goal is to ensure that our students enjoy learning, show the connection of each work they do with real life, and internalize English as a natural part of their daily lives.

Our program aims to increase verbal communication and understanding of spoken language by including the active learning model, and students will learn English by experiencing and having fun. They will enjoy hearing and speaking English and reinforce their knowledge by using and exposing themselves to English as much as possible in their daily lives.

BILINGUAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Acquiring two languages at the same time is a talent gained at an early age. Taking into consideration the characteristics of children aged 3-6, early foreign language education is more effective in terms of permanence, tendency to use, and ease of learning. Based on this information, our Kindergarten uses the "Bilingual Education" method.

In the ABC Private Ankara Kindergarten, intense English education is based on the presence of both the classroom teacher and the English teacher in the classroom at the same time, and lessons are conducted in collaboration. Activities conducted simultaneously or concurrently within the classroom provide students with rich learning environments while ensuring the active use of both languages. As students' exposure to English increases, they internalize English as a natural part of their daily lives.
