The Human Resources Department also aims to manage employment needs, placement of the right candidates within the framework of competencies, management of recruitment and integration processes, planning of necessary training and activities by taking into account the expectations and needs of our employees, and providing support and assistance to the Upper Management and School Administration in the performance management and development processes.

With this aim, the Human Resources Department, taking into account the internal dynamics and balance within the institution, strives for:

  • - Creating a workforce candidate pool and database,

  • - Exit processes,

  • - Performance evaluation, analysis, and method studies,

  • - Training activities focused on development areas and needs within the scope of employee loyalty,

  • - Salary and benefits, career development studies,

  • - Managing the process with authorized individuals and institutions within the scope of occupational health and safety,

  • - Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of human resources officially,

  • - In digital HR studies,

  • - In all kinds of in-service and out-of-service work for employee loyalty, motivation, and personal-professional development, it provides support and assistance to the Upper Management and School Administration.
