- Graduation from relevant undergraduate programs suitable for the applied subject and meeting the Ministry of National Education (MEB) assignment criteria
- Graduation from a Faculty of Education or holding Pedagogical Formation / Non-Thesis Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teaching
