After the preliminary interview, if deemed necessary, written exams and assessments are conducted, and if deemed necessary for teacher recruitment, a demo (sample lesson) may be requested. Interviews in the scope of the preliminary interview are conducted by school management and department heads.
Candidates who successfully complete the preliminary interview have subsequent interviews with Human Resources covering working conditions, benefits, legal rights, and many procedures. Candidates whose interviews with education managers and Human Resources are concluded positively are presented with an official job offer and receive final information and procedures from the Human Resources Department regarding acceptance into the ABC family after an interview with the Coordinator Principal and the General Manager.
All interviews for Foreign Language Teachers are conducted sequentially by the Foreign Language Coordinator, School Management, Human Resources, Coordinator Principal, and General Manager.
In cases where mutual agreement cannot be reached after our interviews, thank-you emails are sent to the candidates' email addresses listed in their resumes.
Candidates who successfully complete all stages of the interviews but have not been hired within the scope of the staffing plan are kept in the candidate database for a period of 6 months for evaluation when the first employment need arises (if the candidate's job search process is ongoing).
Recruitment processes for the School Administrator position are conducted by School Management, Human Resources, Coordinator Principal, and General Manager.
