However, Psychological Counseling and Guidance Services have a wide program that includes duties and responsibilities beyond instruction, including the educational program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PDR Services Instructional Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ABC Okullar\u0131 PDR Birimi IB \u00f6\u011frenen profil \u00f6zelliklerine sahip, t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frenmelerini edindi\u011fi becerilerle kullanan ve eylem olarak ortaya koyan bireyler yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere konular belirleyerek \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. Bu nedenle \u00f6\u011frencilerin geli\u015fimini desteklemeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, ailelerle i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde ve ortak bir anlay\u0131\u015fla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.<\/p><p>ABC Okullar\u0131 Psikolojik Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve Rehberlik Birimi, hizmet s\u00fcreci boyunca ailelerle yak\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi kurarak Anne-Baba E\u011fitimi ve Ebeveyn Rehberli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na \u00f6nem vermektedir. \u00d6\u011frencilerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda; aile i\u00e7i ili\u015fkiler, \u00e7ocuk ve ergenle ileti\u015fim, geli\u015fim d\u00f6nemleri ve \u00f6zellikleri, anne-baba tutumlar\u0131 gibi konular\u0131 kapsayan e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, velilerden d\u00fczenli olarak al\u0131nan geri bildirimler do\u011frultusunda \u015fekillendirilmekte; ihtiya\u00e7lara yan\u0131t verebilmek amac\u0131yla alan\u0131nda uzman, profesyonel ve yo\u011fun talep g\u00f6ren isimlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla seminerler ve veli e\u011fitim sempozyumlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca ebeveynleri s\u00fcrece s\u00fcrekli olarak d\u00e2hil etmek amac\u0131yla veli mektuplar\u0131, b\u00fcltenler, bro\u015f\u00fcrler, konferans ve seminerler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bilgilendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Okul Psikolojik Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve Rehberlik Birimi taraf\u0131ndan, \u00f6\u011frencinin ge\u00e7mi\u015f ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131 ve bireysel \u00f6zellikleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yapmak, uygulanacak rehberlik ve e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 konusunda velileri bilgilendirmek, test ve envanter sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin d\u00f6n\u00fct vermek ve \u00f6nleyici-geli\u015fimsel rehberlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f almak amac\u0131yla d\u00f6nem i\u00e7inde d\u00fczenli veli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Bu s\u00fcrecin etkili ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla ABC Okullar\u0131\u2019na ait dijital rehberlik sistemi kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu sistem sayesinde \u00f6\u011frenciye ait bilgiler g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde depolanmakta ve ar\u015fivlenmekte; rehberlik faaliyetleri, \u00f6\u011frenci geli\u015fimi ve payda\u015flar\u0131n s\u00fcrece katk\u0131lar\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak takip edilebilmektedir. Therefore, the importance of Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR) services is increasing.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">The Private Ankara ABC Middle School Guidance Services are based on providing assistance to help students know themselves better, be aware of their characteristics, recognize the opportunities and options available to them, make realistic decisions for themselves, develop their potentials, show appropriate coping skills in the face of obstacles and problems, and adapt to their environment.&nbsp;<br><\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Within this scope, the activities of the ABC Middle School Guidance Service are as follows:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Orientation and Adjustment Activities: These activities include activities that will facilitate the adaptation of students who are new to the school to their peer group, school culture, and education program.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Getting to Know the Individual: The first condition for providing the most effective service to students is to know them. Our main goal is to help individuals get to know themselves. For this purpose, both tests and non-test techniques are applied.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">Group Counseling<\/span><br><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Group activities for students are carried out to enable students to acquire knowledge in line with their needs or as determined by the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Unit. Group guidance activities are organized for students' educational and vocational guidance and for their individual and social development.<\/p>\n<p>Students participating in group activities have the opportunity to see that other students with similar problems to themselves are also present. In addition, they find the opportunity to express themselves more comfortably in a group environment. In these activities, students are offered activities where they can develop their social skills.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Efforts to Increase Academic Achievement: At our school, efforts are made for students to take responsibility, make plans, manage their time, and acquire effective study habits. Students' academic achievements are monitored by the guidance service, and the results are shared with our teachers and parents, and evaluated.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Values Education Project: The values education program aims to remind students of some values that are on the verge of being forgotten, such as love, respect, tolerance, honesty, self-confidence, responsibility, cooperation, and understanding. Students are encouraged to adopt these values in their behavior.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Career Guidance: Knowing oneself (academic success, goals and expectations, strengths and weaknesses, etc.), Discovering Interests and Abilities (Test, questionnaire and inventory results, observation and interview records, etc.), Creating interest in professions and providing information about them are carried out.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Efforts for the Exam: The results of the mock exams, which are held at certain times every semester, are evaluated. Meetings are held with students and parents to share the results. Meetings are held with students to create individual study plans and discuss time management. Information seminars on the examination system are organized. Necessary procedures are completed in cooperation with parents during the school preference period. During the November and April midterm breaks, exam preparation classes continue, and a one-week camp program is implemented for students. One month before the national exams, classes are organized homogeneously, and an intensive program consisting of topic reviews, question-solving, and exams is implemented.<\/p>\n<p><b>For Parents<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Student-Parent Orientation Studies: Students and families experiencing adaptation and adaptation problems to the school are supported individually.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Individual Meetings: As the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Service, we continue to have meetings with our parents every semester. Meetings are held every semester with parents, either to provide feedback on the work done or when deemed necessary by the PDR Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Individual parent meetings are held by appointment. It is important for parents to make appointments by phone, except for emergency situations, in order to allocate the necessary time to parents.
